I stopped by on a car trip from Kyoto!I was looking forward to it since it is the birthplace of miso cutlet!I ate miso cutlet a long time ago at a service area in Aichi, but the miso flavor was too strong and I didn't really like it, but this one has a really elegant sauce and is easy to eat, and it's huge! !I'll be back! !

I went there for the first time in a while.I wanted to eat hamburgers and miso katsumo, but this time I had a nice lunch.Salad with fruits, soup, rice and main course, followed by coffee.Main dishes include warm vegetables, cream croquette, and chicken piccata. It was delicious and left me full.

Like a long-established restaurant, there are tablecloths and knives and forks.It had been a while since I had eaten a knife and fork, and I was worried about whether I would be able to eat it properly, but when I put the knife into the cutlet, it was easy to cut into pieces without much force.When you bring it to your mouth, the meat is soft with a crispy coating. And the combination of miso sauce, which is lighter than I expected, spreads in your mouth to support the flavor of the meat.If you pop white rice into your mouth right away, it will taste even better. The tonkatsu, miso sauce, and rice mix together in your mouth, and it's so delicious.I was so happy that the miso cutlet was so delicious and my stomach was full.I didn't know the details, but Cattleya here was the first to invent miso cutlet.Miso cutlet, which is now synonymous with Nagoya's specialty, was the work of Cattleya in Tsu City. I entered the store by myself for weekday lunch without lining up at 12:15.The parking lot is on the first floor of the store.It seems possible to use it as a private Western restaurant or coffee shop.There didn't seem to be any waiting list for lunch on the day I visited.The inside of the store is large and there are many table seats.The interior looks like a nicer restaurant from the Showa era.The store is run by a couple with an elegant atmosphere.It was a comfortable spaceMiso cutlet special 1,600-The cutlets are flattened and rolled out and then fried very well.Overall, I thought the price was reasonable and the cost performance was good.I recommend it

I went to another Cattleya several times.Today was the first time I was treated to a treat by a senior.It seemed a little high class and the threshold was high.When I went in, there was nothing like that at all. It's dipped in miso sauce, so it's not crispy, but it's juicy and delicious.It comes with a salad as a side dish, but the dressing (probably vinegar?) is quite sour, so be careful if you don't like it. The salad had fruit in it, so I was able to eat it while refreshing my mouth.
